WHY do we need that?

Development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data etc. will require independent and fast adapting actors as a job for lifetime will be the absolute exemption rather than as normal as today.

In a global, fast changing world social skills, communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, project management skills are key aspects for a successful carreer in most areas.

WHAT are we offering?

- 2 week summer/winter camps, preparing young people (17 - 30) for
future employability and success

- 1 week course for young professionals, preparing them for
their future careers in multinational companies/environment

- Individual workshops with single modules

- Online modules for groups or individuals

HOW do we do that?

We are offering these camps, workshops, seminaires with modular

contents adapted to the individual needs of the groups.

As "One-Size-Fits-All" Teaching is not the right way to motivate students/participants, we will individually teach and coach through
real life business problems/cases so that the students will not just acquire theoretical knowledge but will be able to
become problem solvers in international project teams.

All Modules will be taught by experienced university lecturers
